So, What Exactly Can I Expect When I Bring My Kids to moptops?

First of all, we do welcome walk-ins, but we definitely encourage appointments. Especially on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. On those days, you might have to anticipate waiting awhile. That's because we're super busy. And awesome.
You will be greeted by our receptionist or a stylist, we'll get you checked in and you may take a seat in our comfy waiting area.
Then, your stylist will bring you and your child back to get hair washed (if applicable). Our shampoo bowls have been specifically designed for kids. They actually lay down on padded mats so they don't have to lean back. We have tried them ourselves and they are so comfortable! And! Your little one can choose a yummy shampoo - we even have chocolate!
Next, they will be directed to a chair. We have three "animal" chairs with handles so the little little ones have an opportunity to keep their hands busy. We also have two chairs equipped with X-Box for the older ones. How cool is that?
Our stylists are very concerned about what you wish for your child, so we will definitely consult with you on how to make your kid look the very best. If there is any time during your experience that you want to speak up, please do! Our main goal is to provide the best customer service and experience possible.
Then, we will ring you up. Hopefully you will want to leave with some of our amazing products and a BIG SMILE. We will also encourage you to make an appointment for next time!
